On February 06, 2012 Times of India reported that a spat turned ugly when a youth hit a hearingand speech-impaired 63-year-old man with a stone outside a general store in Mansarovar area. The man died at a private hospital on Sunday and police have taken the youth in custody. According to the police, Ramesh Kumar Sharma had gone to a grocery store at Sumer Nagar colony on Saturday and Surendra Bugalia (22) came there in an inebriated condition. Sharma, in sign language, started explaining the ill effects of alcohol to Bugalia.
