Ahmedabad: Authorities nab three wanted in fake visa case

On February 02, 2012 Ahmedabad Mirror reported that Sardarnagar police on Wednesday arrested three persons wanted in a fake visa case since June 2011. They were identified as Himanshu Patel, a resident of Dalpura village of Sabarkantha, Raju Patel and Girish Patel, both from Gamda village in Sabarkantha. According to the police, in May 2010, the trio were about to board a flight to Canada when the officers at the immigration airport grew suspicious and detained them. Their visas were sent for verification to the Canadian consulate office.
