Bhubaneswar: Two NGO workers dupe 3,000 employees of crores

On January 30, 2012 The Pioneer reported that Khandagiri police on Saturday arrested two NGO staffer for cheating their employees to the tune of Rs 10 crore in shape of security deposit. They were identified as managing director Gyanaranjan Das and managing board member Rajat Champati of the Regional Centre for Health Research and Education, a voluntary organisation working on AIDS awareness.
