Chennai: Police claims to solve 23-yr-old beautician's murder case

On January 11, 2012 Times of India reported that the police on Tuesday claimed to have cracked the murder of a 23-year-old beautician at Mogappair East on Monday and arrested her lover. They said N Suresh (29) of Villivakkam killed S Bhuvana Reddy from Andhra Pradesh as he was tired of her insistence that they get married. West Chennai joint commissioner of police K Shankar said Suresh’s fingerprints had been lifted from Bhuvana’s bedroom door and investigating officers discovered blood stains on his sacred thread.
