Lucknow: Authorities bust kidney donation racket

On December 28, 2011 Times of India reported that adding to the number of people, who were convinced by the gang of four to donate their kidneys in lieu of money, four more such victims reached the Aashiana police station on Tuesday morning. While two of them were identified to be residents of Alambagh, one is a resident of Cantonment and another is a native of Talkatora police station area. Identity of the three of the four victims was ascertained as Abhishek Pappu and Anil.
