On December 14, 2011 The Pioneer reported that day after a college student was allegedly molested in a discotheque at Greater Kailash-I, Delhi police arrested a 23-year-old man in this connection. A resident of Kotla Mubarakpur, the accused alleged that he had only accidentally brushed against the girl. The accused has been identified as Arun Kumar, who runs a gymnasium near his house at Kotla Mubarakpur. Ajay Kumar Chaudhary, Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police, (south-east), said, “Kumar was arrested in Kotla Mubarakpur following a tip-off.
