New Delhi: Karachi spy held over Akshardham plot

On December 13, 2011 Times of India reported that days after the Delhi Police special cell established how Indian Mujahideen was using the Indo-Nepal border to set up base in north Bihar,it claimed another success on Monday by nabbing a woman spy trained in Nepal. Police said Soofia Kanwal, a Karachi resident, was assigned to recce Agra cantonment and Akshardham temple in Ahmedabad. Documents seized show the temple, which is high on TOI the terror radar, had been surveyed.
