On December 09, 2011 Hindustan Times reported that a 22-year-old waiter working at a fast-food restaurant was arrested for allegedly molesting a 22-year-old US citizen in Colaba on Tuesday. The police said Hamsa Bawa allegedly molested the victim when she visited an NGO near the Taj Mahal Palace hotel on Tuesday. “The victim was at the NGO for some work when she got a call on her mobile phone. As there was no network inside the office, she stepped out to take the call and was standing near the staircase.
