On December 07, 2011 Times of India reported that a minor girl was allegedly raped by a Blue Colts constable on patrol duty at an isolated spot near RRC Grounds in Secunderabad on Sunday night, while his colleague kept watch on the surroundings. The girl’s ordeal started a day before, with a footwear shop owner luring her by promising to marry her and allegedly sexually exploiting her. The three were arrested on Tuesday.
