Pune: Five bogus lawyers in police net

On October 04, 2011 Pune Mirror reported that two more alleged bogus lawyers being caught on Monday has not only taken the number of the arrests to five, but also spread a wave of panic in the city as officials said that 15 to 20 more lawyers are under scrutiny following complaints regarding questionable sanads. The people arrested were found to be practicing in the Bombay High Court, revenue court in the district collectorate, debt recovery tribunals, handling sensitive cases and occupying advisory positions in big corporations and banks.
