Pune: Trio beat up youth to death

On June 15, 2011 Times of India reported that a 22-year-old youth was beaten to death in Ambegaon Pathar around 8 pm on Monday. The police have identified the deceased as Ganesh Govind Dhaygude, who worked at a courier company. Three people, Pradip Kale (28), Ajay Kale (29) and Narayan Shedge (42), have been arrested in connection with the murder. Dhaygude’s mother Sangita (45) has lodged the complaint with the Haveli police station. According to police investigations, the suspects allegedly beat up Dhaygude because he had teased a relative of theirs.
