Pune: ISI agent arrested with secret documents in 2007 finally jailed for 7 years

On March 31, 2011 Pune Mirror reported that the chief judicial magistrate’s court sentenced Shashikumar Upadhyay alias Vishal alias Mohammed Bilal Mohammed Hussain (28), an Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) agent, to seven years’ rigorous imprisonment (RI) on Tuesday. Upadhyay, an engineering student from Annasaheb Magar College of Pimpri, became ISI agent after falling in love with a Pakistani girl Fatima Sallaudin Shah.
