On February 21, 2011 Hindustan Times reported that the Patiala police on Sunday arrested Dr KK Lochham, head of the paediatrics department at Government Rajindra Hospital here, and Class 4 employee Satya for their role in the incident that led to the death of six newborns on January 31, 2009.
