Amritsar: Four persons including a woman held for fraud

On November 15, 2010 the Hindustan Times reported that the Amritsar (Rural) police have booked four persons including a woman on charges of fraud. The suspects have been identified as Sukhbir Singh, Harpreet Singh, Kulwant Kaur and Tarlok Singh.
