As printed in the Hindustan Times, 26 year old ISI agent Nizam Bakshi was arrested from the Ludhiana Railway Station on July 21. He was acting as a Pakistani spy to gather vital military information for his counterparts in the neighboring country. The police is further investigating about this man.
