As reported in the Bangalore Mirror, Swami Gowda allegedly sold his minor daughter to Nanje Gowda, a married for Rs 10,000 man to fulfill his chronic drinking habit. It was alleged that Nanje Gowda in-turn planned to force the girl into prostitution.
